New Large Contractor joins the Project

The City of Aarhus has entered into contract with Per Aarsleff A/S regarding the execution of the excavation work for Mediaspace and a new quay front.

The work includes:

  • Steel sheet pile driving and pole driving
  • Demolition of the current quay constructions
  • Lowering of groundwater
  • Soil handling in connection with excavation
  • Altering the quay constructions

The work commences in June 2011 and must be finished by the end of 2014.
